TILT G PLUS - Hiteco

Birotary head for high precision milling for metal, aluminium and composites for automotive, NEV (new electric veichle), Railway and Aerospace. The birotary head can be paired with Hiteco’s spindle: MX-2 42/6 24 and MX-2 41/4.5 24.

  • Two axis direct drive allows to guarantee a higher surface finishing level and a higher positioning speed than conventional drive heads
  • Absolute and incremental encoder versions available
  • The compact dimensions of the fork allow the bi-rotating head to rotate in space in a small volume and possibly to position itself inside the workpiece
  • +35% stiffness compared to Tilt G
