The Quality objectives are as follows: reaching and increasing Customer satisfaction, improving of Customer satisfaction, improving the quality of products/services/processes and guaranteeing the conformity to standard requirements.
To achieve these objectives, since 1995, the Group been adopting a certified Quality Management System which meets the international ISO 9001 standard for design, production, sales and Customer service of machines and industrial components.
The policy for the defined quality is sustainable and coherent with the Group’s Values (solidity, innovation, people and internationalisation).

Quality improvement is achieved by:

- constantly controlling performances by monitoring indicators, auditing, checks and reviews
